How do I know my shoe size?+
Our shoes follow standard US sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for training shoes (to allow for foot swelling during workouts) and sizing true for weightlifting shoes (for a snug, stable fit).
Are these shoes suitable for outdoor running?+
Our running shoes are designed for both treadmill and road use. The barefoot and minimalist models work well for short outdoor runs but are optimized for gym environments.
Can I wash the sports bras in a machine?+
Yes. Our sports bras are machine-washable. Use cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry for best results. Avoid fabric softeners as they can break down the moisture-wicking fibers.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional regions.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that to track your package through the carrier's website.
