Hi, everyone! My name is Jasmine (aka Jazzy B) I have a love for all things fitness and food
Currently, I’m studying Psychology at the University of East Anglia and I plan to graduate in 2019. As a student, I pride myself on being able to create quick, cheap, yet micro-packed meals. I would also like to think I’m well practised at achieving the work-life balance, which is something often overlooked in university settings, and I know first-hand the effect it can have on well-being and mental health.
I first started sharing my meals on my Instagram account as a sixth form student (@jazzyb_fit) to inspire my friends and to track the quality of my diet. I had no intention to start a blog, however, as my passion grew so did the desire to share my foodie creations with a wider audience to show just how easy it can be.
In more recent years, I’ve used my blog as a platform to share my experiences on things such as staying healthy whilst at uni/work, personal development, and generally living the ‘good life’. I truly believe there isn’t anything that a healthy, balanced diet and an active lifestyle can’t solve.
